These terms and conditions govern the relationship between you as a customer and the company Le Roux Vins GMBH, Auf der Mauer 9 , 8800 Thalwil for the delivery and purchase of products from the online shop (https://lerouxvins.com/). As a customer, you confirm that by placing an order you have accepted the terms and conditions and fulfil them.

No sale to minors!

Le Roux Vins GMBH does not sell alcoholic beverages to minors under the age of 18. By placing an order with lerouxvins.com, you confirm that you are of legal age and therefore authorised to legally place the order.

The contractual relationship is established by the order placed in the online shop and the electronic acceptance by Le Roux Vins GMBH. By clicking on the ‘Terms and conditions’ checkbox, you as a customer declare your acceptance of the same and the prices displayed.

Le Roux Vins GMBH accepts no liability for possible order errors or transmission errors. We make every effort to supply you only with high-quality products from trustworthy manufacturers. Our priority is the satisfaction of our customers. Our aim is to offer you an outstanding service at an excellent price.

Orders for non-household quantities may be refused without explanation.

All products in this webshop are original products of the respective manufacturer and are therefore shipped in the original packaging whenever possible. We at Le Roux Vins GMBH endeavour to provide the most complete and correct product information possible (e.g. weight, size, instructions for use, etc.).

All prices are per item, set or product as described in Swiss francs (CHF).

Price and vintage changes as well as time-limited promotions are possible at any time and do not require prior notice.

Shipping and/or transport costs are not included in the prices and are always charged separately.

Le Roux Vins GMBH is exempt from VAT and no VAT is charged.

We send your orders with Vinolog by Swiss Post, with a delivery time of 2 to 4 days. The consignments are collected on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays (working days). If a public holiday falls on one of these days, collection will take place on the next agreed weekday.

We charge the following shipping costs for postage and packaging:

Each consignment has its own tracking code, which we will communicate by email after collection if the order status changes.

We offer a same day delivery if the order is passed before 4 Pm. Delivery will be between 6 to 9 PM the same day. You will have to indicate in the ”order notes” at what time you would like to be delivered.

For internationnal delivery each rate is calculated externaly by UPS.

All deliveries are limited to the territory of Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. Delivery costs to destinations that cannot be supplied directly by the standard carrier (Swiss Post) (e.g. access only by mountain railway or cable car) and deliveries by a service partner are excluded. A delivery note is enclosed with each parcel.

If you are not resident in Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein, you must specify a delivery address in one of these two countries during the ordering process.

You acknowledge and accept that we will inform you in the event of delivery problems and that the effective delivery period will be extended until the ordered items are available for delivery. A delay in delivery will never lead to a reduction in the sales price. Claims for damages in the event of late delivery cannot be accepted. We thus fulfil our obligations under the purchase contract in full. In this case, you expressly waive your legal remedies in accordance with Art. 102 ff. OR.

We offer the following payment methods in our webshop:

– Debit cards (Maestro, V-Pay, Postcard)
– Twint
– Prepayment by bank transfer to our account

With the payment method ‘prepayment’, the order will only be dispatched after receipt of payment.

Purchase on account is unfortunately not possible or only possible in exceptional cases after mutual consultation.

Your order at lerouxvins.com is binding. In principle, ordered wines can neither be exchanged nor taken back, with the exception of incorrect deliveries on our part (you have received the wrong items) and bottles damaged during transport.

We ask you to check the delivery for correctness and integrity upon receipt and to notify us immediately of any complaints within 7 days of receipt of the delivery at the latest, including photographic material for documentation. We will take back any defective or incorrect deliveries that are reported in good time without discussion and provide a replacement. Later complaints can no longer be considered by us.

Credit notes will only be issued in the maximum amount of the purchase price if no replacement goods can be provided and only via the same payment method as at the time of the order. Cash refunds are excluded.

Wine is a natural product whose production process harbours many risks. When calculating the wines, we have decided not to include a risk premium so that the prices remain competitive for you. We therefore ask for your understanding if we do not replace opened bottles. Wines in storage that are older than 10 years are generally not replaced (climatic reasons – low acidity, less storable).

Should individual provisions of these AGB be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

We reserve the right to amend these AGB at any time. The version of these AGB valid at the time of the order shall apply, which cannot be unilaterally amended for this order. Any terms and conditions of the customer that conflict with or deviate from these AGB shall not be recognised.

As a customer, you acknowledge that products may be withdrawn from the range at any time.

The present contractual relationship is governed by Swiss substantive law. In the event of disputes arising from consumer contracts, the court at the customer’s place of residence or at the registered office of Le Roux Vins GMBH shall have jurisdiction.
